When your ready, you can either withdrawal the funds or use your credit to purchase a space when you’re circling the block and can’t find a spot!

For Buyers:

Once it’s time to trade spaces with the seller, just show up at the location and simply follow the meeting protocol to claim the space. And don’t worry, with ParkModo your purchase is guaranteed. If you purchase a space and the seller does not show up, you can claim a “No Show” and you will be refunded the full purchase amount.
